Terms & Conditions – [Batman x Oreo in-store activation]

  • 1. The Promotion: Batman x Oreo in-store activation (“the Promotion”)"
  • "2. The Promoter: This Promotion is being run by Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits WLL (“the Promotor”)"
  • "3. Markets: This Promotion is open to residents of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. All participants must be 12 years old and above (“Participant”)."
  • 4. Eligibility Requirements:
  • - At participating stores across the Markets will consist of in-store promotor representatives throughout the day.
  • - The Promotor representatives will ask consumers to participate to play a game on their iPad, if the consumer accepts, the consumer will be considered a Participant."
  • - Depending on the number of questions the Participant answers correctly, the Participant will win different promotional products – the Winning Prize as stated below.
  • - Once the game is complete, the Promotor representative will then ask for participant full name, email address, number and country of residence for their database.
  • 5. Winner selections (how and when):

    Rest of the countries: Start Date: [10/02/2022] End Date: [06/03/2022]


  • Winners will be chosen based on the number of questions they answer correctly. There will be a total of [12,950] winners across all participating stores. All entries must be received on or after the Start date and on or before the End Date.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are delayed or not received due to any error, omission, delay in operation, transmission, network or software problems or any other reason beyond the Promoter's control.
  • 6. Notifying Winners:
  • Winner will be informed immediately after playing the game if they have won a prize.
  • 7. Winning Prizes
  • If the Participant answers three or four questions correctly, the Participant wins a Promotion key chain
  • If the Participant answers all five answers correctly, the Participant wins a Promotion mug
  • No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, Promotor reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
    The Promoter shall have the right to use all material shared by the Participants for its social media content.
  • 8. Disqualification:
  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant fails to comply with the Promotion’s terms and conditions.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the Promotion at any time for any reason without any notice whatsoever and with no liability to any user or any third party.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without informing the Participant if such Participant has provided false information in their submission form or their submitted video.

  • 9. Additional Cost:
  • Any costs associated with accessing any digital platform is the Participant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  • 10. Limitation of Liability:
  • The Promoter shall not be deemed responsible or liable towards any third party and/or Participant in case of infringements of any kind of such third party's or Participant’s rights or any loss of person or property or damage caused to the Participant/ third party by virtue of participation in this Promotion .
  • 11. Force Majeure:
  • If for any reason the Promoter cannot provide the winner with the prize because of any delays or changes beyond the Promoter’s control, the winner will be compensated with an alternative prize reasonably considered of equal value or greater value.
  • 12. Participant’s Information and data privacy:
  • By entering this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the information provided by the Participant may be used by the Promoter or appointed agency for the administration of this Promotion.
  • The Promoter may also use the information to carry out research about this Promotion and communicate future promotions to the Participant.
  • The personal data of the Participants collected in connection with this Promotion, are necessary for the performance of the Promotion and to satisfy legal and other requirements not contained herein.
  • The communication of personal information relating to the Participant is carried out in compliance with the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • The Participant expressly authorizes the Promoter to process personal data concerning him/ her and to communicate such data, to the subsidiary companies of the group, to its partners, its subcontractors and service providers and to any other required legal authorities, as required and in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • In this context, the Participant has the right to access, modify and delete his/ her personal data.
  • 13. The Promoter’s Employees:
  • This Promotion is not open to the Promotor’s employees (or members of their immediate families namely sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, or spouses) or the employees of its subsidiaries, affiliates, sister companies or any third parties involved in the execution of this Promotion, either directly or indirectly. If any such person wins the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel such participation.
  • 14. Governing Law:
  • The terms and conditions of this Promotion are subject to the Laws of Kingdom of Bahrain and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle and dispute or claim arising in connection with this Promotion.
  • 15. Reserved Rights:
  • Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which the Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, alter or add to at any time during its term.

  3. الأسواق: هذا العرض متاح للمقيمين في المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة ومملكة البحرين والكويت وعمان . يجب أن يكون جميع المشاركين أو الرعاة [12_] سنة فما فوق ("مشارك")
  4. شروط الأهلية:

    5. - سيتواجد ممثلو المروج داخل المتاجر المشاركة في أنحاء الأسواق ، 

    - سيطلب ممثلو المروج من المستهلكين المشاركة للعب لعبة على جهاز iPad الخاص بهم ، وإذا وافق المستهلك على ذلك ، فسيتم اعتباره مشاركًا.

    - اعتمادًا على عدد الأسئلة التي يجيب عليها المشارك بشكل صحيح ، سيفوز المشارك بمنتجات ترويجية مختلفة - الجائزة كما هو مذكور أدناه.

    - بمجرد اكتمال اللعبة ، سيطلب ممثلو المروج بعد ذلك الاسم الكامل للمشارك وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني ورقمه وبلد الإقامة لقاعدة البيانات الخاصة به.

    سيتم اختيار الفائزين بناءً على عدد الأسئلة التي يجيبون عليها بشكل صحيح. سيكون هناك إجمالي [12,950] فائز في جميع المتاجر المشاركة. يجب استلام جميع الإدخالات في تاريخ البدء أو بعده وفي تاريخ الانتهاء أو قبله.

    لا يتحمل المروّج أي مسؤولية عن أي إدخالات يتم تأخيرها أو عدم استلامها بسبب أي خطأ أو إغفال أو تأخير في التشغيل أو الإرسال أو مشاكل الشبكة أو البرامج أو أي سبب آخر خارج عن سيطرة المروّج.

  6. إخطار الفائزين:

    7. سيتم إبلاغ الفائز فورًا بعد لعب اللعبة إذا فاز بجائزة.

  7. الفوز بالجوائز:
    • إذا أجاب المشارك على ثلاثة أو أربعة أسئلة بشكل صحيح ، يفوز المشارك بسلسلة مفاتيح
    • إذا أجاب المشارك على جميع الإجابات الخمس بشكل صحيح ، يفوز المشارك بكوب 

    لا تتوفر جوائز نقدية أو غيرها من الجوائز البديلة ، باستثناء أنه في حالة وجود ظروف خارجة عن إرادتها ، تحتفظ شركة المروّج بالحق في منح جوائز مماثلة ذات قيمة مساوية أو أكبر.

    يحق للمروّج استخدام جميع المواد التي يشاركها المشاركون في محتوى الوسائط الاجتماعية الخاص به.

  8. فقدان الأهلية:

    9. يحتفظ المروّج بالحق في استبعاد أي مشارك دون إبلاغه إذا فشل هذا المشارك في الامتثال لشروط وأحكام العرض الترويجي.

    يحتفظ المروّج بالحق في إلغاء العرض الترويجي أو تعديله أو إنهائه أو تعليقه مؤقتًا في أي وقت ولأي سبب دون أي إشعار على الإطلاق ودون أي مسؤولية تجاه أي مستخدم أو أي طرف ثالث.

    يحتفظ المروّج بالحق في استبعاد أي مشارك دون إبلاغه إذا كان هذا المشارك قد قدم معلومات خاطئة في نموذج الإرسال أو الفيديو المقدم.

  9. تكلفة إضافية:

    10. أي تكاليف مرتبطة بالوصول إلى أي منصة رقمية هي مسؤولية المشارك وتعتمد على مزود خدمة الإنترنت المستخدم.

  10. تحديد المسؤولية:

    11. لا يعتبر المروج مسؤولاً أو مسؤولاً تجاه أي طرف ثالث و / أو مشارك في حالة التعدي على أي نوع من حقوق الطرف الثالث أو المشارك أو أي خسارة لشخص أو ممتلكات أو ضرر يلحق بالمشارك / الطرف الثالث بموجب المشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي.

  11. القوة القاهرة:

    12. إذا لم يتمكن المروّج ، لأي سبب من الأسباب ، من تزويد الفائز بالجائزة بسبب أي تأخير أو تغييرات خارجة عن سيطرة المروّج ، فسيتم تعويض الفائز بجائزة بديلة تعتبر بشكل معقول ذات قيمة متساوية أو قيمة أكبر.

  12. خصوصية معلومات وبيانات المشاركين:

    13. من خلال الدخول في هذا العرض الترويجي ، يوافق المشارك على أن المعلومات التي قدمها المشارك يمكن استخدامها من قبل المروّج أو الوكالة المعينة لإدارة هذا العرض الترويجي.

    يجوز للمروّج أيضًا استخدام المعلومات لإجراء بحث حول هذا العرض الترويجي ونقل العروض الترويجية المستقبلية إلى المشارك.

    تعتبر البيانات الشخصية للمشتركين التي تم جمعها فيما يتعلق بهذا العرض الترويجي ضرورية لأداء الترويج ولتلبية المتطلبات القانونية والمتطلبات الأخرى غير الواردة هنا.

    يتم نقل المعلومات الشخصية المتعلقة بالمشارك وفقًا لقوانين مملكة البحرين.

    في هذا السياق ، يحق للمشارك الوصول إلى بياناته الشخصية وتعديلها وحذفها.

  13. موظفو المروج:

    14. هذا العرض الترويجي غير مفتوح لموظفي المروّج (أو أفراد عائلاتهم المباشرين أي الأبناء أو البنات أو الأمهات أو الآباء أو الأخوة أو الأخوات أو الأزواج) أو موظفي الشركات التابعة أو الشركات التابعة أو الشركات الشقيقة أو أي أطراف ثالثة تشارك في تنفيذ هذا العرض الترويجي ، سواء بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر. إذا فاز أي شخص بالعرض الترويجي ، يحتفظ المروّج بالحق في إلغاء هذه المشاركة.

  14. القانون الحاكم:
