Welcome to the [Maersk Freshness Frenzy] ("the Game"). Your use and access to the Game is subject to https://terms.maersk.com/digital-services (the Terms). The Game is developed and operated by [A.P Moller Maersk] (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Game.

1. Purpose of the Game

   The Game is designed to:

   • Promote awareness and understanding of Cold chain logistics.
   • Enable users to interact with business-related scenarios and navigate end-2-end navigation of Cold chain commodities.
   • Build brand affinity, likeability, and interest among internal and external audiences.

   This Game is not a promotion, competition, lottery, or gambling activity, and no purchase is required to participate.

2. Eligibility

   The Game is available to:

   • Internal users: employees, vendors, and authorized partners.
   • External users: customers, prospects, and members of the public in eligible countries.

   By using the Game, you confirm that you meet the minimum age of 15/18 years (as required by local laws in your region).

3. Access & Registration

   These features are designed only for engagement and learning.

   They do not constitute real operational decisions, financial commitments, or binding business actions.

5. Virtual Items, Points & Leaderboards

   The Game may include points, ranks, or virtual rewards ("Virtual Items").

   You acknowledge that:

   • Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or goods.
   • Points or rankings do not influence employment status, customer contracts, or commercial relationships.
   • We may modify, adjust, or reset Virtual Items or leaderboards at any time.
6. No Prizes or Promotions

   The Game is launched without external promotions, giveaways, or prize-winning elements. Participation is voluntary and for informational and engagement purposes only.
