Terms and Conditions

1. JioMart Holi Rush is a game made for the Holi Ready Sale campaign for JioMart which is a part of Reliance Retail Limited.
2. There will be a total of 25 winners. 1st winner will receive Gift Cards worth Rs.2000 & the next 24 winners will receive Gift Cards worth Rs.1000 each. This will be loaded into their JioMart account phone numbers.
3. The winners will be announced on JioMart Instagram and Facebook page by the 15th March 2022.
4. In order to receive the Gift Cards, the selected winners have to share/confirm their phone numbers and email address through direct message on Instagram or Facebook within the next 5 days of the winners announcement.
5. In case a winner fails to provide or confirm their details (phone number and email), within the given time (as mentioned in point 4), Reliance Retail Limited will not take any responsibility to share the Gift Cards with the winners.
6. The Gift Card will be loaded against the phone number of winners of JioMart Holi Rush Game
7. This Gift Card can be used via method of payments (MOP) on JioMart which can be found during the time of payment as Gift Cards on the user’s JioMart account.
8. The validity of Gift Card is valid from 15th March 2022 till 15th March, 2023
9. This Gift Card of Rs.1000 off/discount (“Gift Card/E Coupon”) can be redeemed on purchase of Rs.1000 is issued by Reliance Retail Limited (Reliance) to be used on JioMart (app/website) only.
10. If a purchase exceeds the User’s Gift Card value, the remaining amount must be paid by the User.
11. In the event that the value of the specified products bought with the Gift Card are exchanged for a lesser value, the User of the Gift Card will not be paid in cash for the difference amount. If the value of the specified products bought with the Gift Card are exchanged for a higher value than the Gift Card redemption amount, the User shall pay the difference amount.
12. Gift Card can’t be exchanged for cash.
13. Gift Card can be redeemed for purchase of specified product offered by Reliance Retail Limited (JioMart) and not by any third party seller.
14. Reliance Retail Limited shall not be responsible for loss or stolen of Gift Card and no duplicate or compensation in lieu of the Gift Card shall be given by Reliance Retail Limited (JioMart).
15. Liability of Reliance Retail Limited is limited to provide the Gift Card for redemption and to a maximum of the discount value of Gift Card.
16. Bearer of the Gift Card shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
17. Bearer of this Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary of this Gift Card. Any redemption by the bearer of Gift Card shall be considered as a valid discharge of liabilities by Parties.
18. Reliance Retail Limited shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third party liability, whether directly or indirectly arising out of or in relation to use of Gift Card and availing the off/discount thereunder by the bearer.
19. Reliance Retail Limited reserves its right to modify/amend the terms and conditions of the Gift Card at any time without prior notice and such modifications shall be binding on the user/bearer of the Gift Card.
20. Any dispute with regard to Product liability, guarantee, warranty and quality of the Products to be purchased under redemption of the Gift Card shall be addressed to the respective Manufacturer/ Brand Owner and Reliance Retail Limited shall not be held responsible for the same. The guarantee and warranty of the Products shall be transferred, as received from the respective Manufacturer/Distributor.
21. Gift Card are not valid on Baby Food, Tobacco, Alcohol, Ghee, Jewellery & Edible Oil

23. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai only.
24. Save and except the ability to determine a Winner, the Company is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for all matters relating to the Prize including availability, eligibility, delivery or any other matters relating thereto or arising therefrom and the sponsor only shall be solely responsible and liable therefor.
